Well folks, its officially been over ONE week with our Zion Thomas and I couldn’t be more in love. If you stopped in to check out my nursery reveal [HERE] or if you are a follower of mine on Instagram [HERE] then you probably already know a little bit about our traumatic experience with Zion’s birth. I would love to tell the birth story someday, and I suspect that day will come sooner than later but I want to thank so many of you that have reached out offering words of encouragement and sympathies.

As a mom of almost 4 I know the importance of convenience and simplicity, especially when it comes to integrating a new member into the family. Hey friends! It’s been a while since I’ve come on here to just do a life update, so while I still have the strength and capacity left in me I thought I’d let you all in on life with 3 littles and one on the way; especially as we near the end of this pregnancy has been. I’ve had a lot of people check in on me in the last week asking how I’m holding up and truth be told, things have been a little topsy turvey over here.

For us, supporting each other in what we feel called to do, has been about as important to us as having a good sex life. If we didn’t have it, our marriage simply wouldn’t work properly.

So even though the majority of you have already tuned your radios to everything Christmas and your houses are dressed in the greens and reds that come with the Holiday season, I’m over here just trying to relish in the now of this fall season before baby #4 comes and life turns topsy turvey for the next year.

I felt the more I did, the more I accomplished and the more I accomplished the more I became. Every time an opportunity arose I saw it as a way for me to establish myself that much more. And it didn’t matter how many babies I had during that time, I still allowed that lie that told me I was never enough to run my life. 

Yes, yes, yes! It's true! Your eyes are not deceiving you...the Kirby crew will be welcoming baby #4 at the beginning of March 2019!!!

I often feel like I'm suffocating in my own mess, you know the physical kind of mess. The mess that is endless piles of laundry, dishes, and diapers; the mess that reappears suddenly after every clean up.
