As of late, mixing patterns has been my new found hobby it seems! And I’m not at all mad about it. But do you want to know something funny?? If you would have told me 2 years ago that I would be a “mix-master,” I would have laughed in your face….

I wanted to do a fun post about the power of patterns in a space by showcasing the same “base” pieces (i.e. couches, and accents chairs) and mixing in different textiles, colors, and textures. My hope is to demonstrate to you just how truly impactful textures, patterns, and colors have in a single space.

When trying out mixing patterns, pillow covers are a GREAT place to start because they’re inexpensive and easy to replace!
