When I first started down the interior design path, I have to admit, I completely underestimated the power of window treatments. I thought they were function based ONLY! And rarely used them as a layer in my projects 🤦🏻♀️ I honestly cringe when I think about it now. 😬😫 Today, I can’t even imagine doing a project without implementing them because they’re THAT instrumental!
So when I started in on this Cozy Cabin Bedroom Makeover THESE curtains became the foundation for my entire design plan. I first saw them advertised on my Instagram feed and instantly fell in love! So when TwoPage Curtains reached out to me about a collaboration, I instantly knew which curtains I wanted and where I wanted them!

Curtains are powerful! They have the ability to add texture, structure, softness, elegance, and height! There are so many advantages to layering with window coverings within a design plan, especially in a bedroom where you are looking to add additional cozy layers!

For this specific room design I chose THESE CURTAINS in the color taupe khaki. I went with the triple pleat header style and did a blackout liner. The thing that I love most about these curtains though is their body memory.
