Another BIG announcement here in the Kirby fam (surprise, surprise!)...we are selling OUR HOUSE! I am currently running around my house frantically cleaning to get ready for our TWO showings today, so I don't have a lot of time to explain everything. But just know that things are happening EXTREMELY FAST! Like lightening speed! Our house literally hit the market THIS morning and within 2 hours we had THREE scheduled showings. SOOOO as you can imagine, I'm a bit overwhelmed and might have had a panic attack (or two) already this afternoon.

I promise I will share more once things calm down...I will say however, we are NOT moving into our flip house. More news to come on that I promise! If you are in the Champaign county area take a look at our house and share with a friend you think might be interested!
