Pennsylvania Paint Color & How I Decide Which Color Is Right
We were originally planning to paint the brick white and the wood trim a slate blue. But for multiple reasons, one being our total cost into the project so far, and the other being, the overall aesthetic of the neighborhood, we ultimately decided to go in a different direction.
Pennyslvania Ave Kitchen Plans & Where We splurged
We decided to open up the wall between the two rooms to make these two spaces coexist together. Doing this not only brightened up the entire kitchen but it made the functionality so much more appealing overall.

Our latest flip house! This 100 year old English Tudor was built in the early 1900s on what’s been nicknamed “Professor’s Drive” located on the University of Illinois’ campus in Urbana.
