It’s finally done! The Pennsylvania Project that has taken us 18 months to finish is fully done and officially listed! You can check out the entire listing HERE or take a sneak peek at some of our favorite pictures of this home below!

We were originally planning to paint the brick white and the wood trim a slate blue. But for multiple reasons, one being our total cost into the project so far, and the other being, the overall aesthetic of the neighborhood, we ultimately decided to go in a different direction.

We decided to open up the wall between the two rooms to make these two spaces coexist together. Doing this not only brightened up the entire kitchen but it made the functionality so much more appealing overall.

While we often only show the “highlight reel” of our flips, each of these whole home renovations take a little bit of our soul with them when we leave; and sometimes they take a little bit from our pocket book too.
