Workout 1: LEG DAY
This is workout 1 in a series of 3 where I will share on 3 major categories: legs, arms, and cardio/plyometrics. It's important to alternate daily between each category and workout as often as possible so that your muscles can continue recovering. You are going to be sore but if you keep pushing your body to workout the next day, you will be less sore than if you take the day off.
