My main goal for this series was just to help those of you at home that feel like you're in a rut and want some motivation to get your butts in gear.

This is workout 2 in a series of 3 where I will share on 3 major categories: legs, arms, and cardio/plyometrics. And today is all about that cardio!!! Which is probably one of my least favorite days but it's slowly becoming more and more tolerable! :)
Workout 1: LEG DAY
This is workout 1 in a series of 3 where I will share on 3 major categories: legs, arms, and cardio/plyometrics. It's important to alternate daily between each category and workout as often as possible so that your muscles can continue recovering. You are going to be sore but if you keep pushing your body to workout the next day, you will be less sore than if you take the day off.
