Jumping into the winter season is hard, especially if you don’t LOVE the cold temps. However, what if I told you that learning how to properly stack your closet in the coziest of ways can make your dislike of winter slightly better?? Well, if I haven’t convinced you yet, I sure am going to try! This fluffy scarf has been an all time favorite of mine this season! It’s length, weight, and tassel details make this item one of my most used, most versatile pieces in my closet! And it too comes in multiple colors! I love how soft the fabric is around my neck, never giving me that itchy sensation when bundling up! Normally $14.97, this item is now $11.97 through this week! Another GREAT item to gift to your girlfriends, or loved ones!
OUTFIT 1: DUO-FABRIC FLOWY LAPEL BLAZER
When I saw this micro-suede/linen fabric combination blazer ($49.97) at my local Prairie Gardens boutique I just had to have it! I love how multi-faceted it is! Dress it up or down! Here, I’ve styled it with this simple PG white v-neck t-shirt and their stretchy blue denim jeggings (only $24.97). Not to mention my favorite PG short brimmed felt hat only $9.97!
There are so many giftable accessories at the Prairie Gardens & Jeffrey Alans boutiques also! Hats, pursues, and jewelry (one of my favorite places to buy my jewelry from). This gold and copper “fortune cookie” necklace under $10!
OUTFIT 2: KNITTED NEUTRAL SHAWL
This knitted neutral shawl (only $24.97) isn’t like your regular shawl’s, the placement of it’s armholes gives it more of a fitted look, unlike the traditional “armless” shawl’s. This piece is incredibly easy to style, by simply throwing it over this basic jeans and t-shirt combination, I have quickly transformed my outfit from basic to sheik in a matter of seconds.
Pair it with a knitted hat or large brimmed hat (like I have here) and some fun accessories and you’ve got yourself one cozy and stylish outfit! Again, this item comes in this brownish-beige color, as well as, cream.
OUTFIT 3: CHENILLE CABLE KNIT CREAM DUSTER
You guys, I can’t speak highly enough about this item! I have worn it probably EVERYDAY! This chenille cable knit duster isn’t the length of your average knitted cardigans that you see so popularly right now. It actually hits right below the lower half of my calves and can truly double as a robe! Which you better believe I’ve been sporting around my drafty old house these days!
