We’ve seen this trend over the last year begin to emerge and I think I can officially say that it’s here to stay! These beautiful, rich, moody colors have begun to make a name for themselves and not because they create a wow factor (because I think we can all agree that they DO) but because they almost bring us back in time. Did you know, way back in the day painting your home was a depiction of wealth and status in society? Some early American settlers even believed it was a sign of VANITY to do so! Crazy stuff right? Enough history for now!

For real though, these rich colors really do bring us back in time especially when they saturate an entire room from floor to ceiling - Covering the walls, the trim, the ceiling, and even the doors.
